Charlie's Professional Plumbing

They were very good, I'm very happy with Charlie. He's the only one I contacted on Angie's List. We like the quality of his work and also his personality, he's a very nice person. He did one area for free, it's the pipes under the sink and it was no charge, and I think it was very fair. He's a very nice person.

The service , professionalism and price were all outstanding. We plan to replumb the house and Charlie will definitely have a leg-up on the competition.

He did a wonderful job for us. He was on time and professional. He was a true gentleman. I was very happy with the work that he did.

The service was marvelous. They are a very busy company and they still came immediately. They are very good at what they do. When I called for them to be allowed in the gated community that I live in, the guard even told me that I would like their service.

Charlie's Plumbing is top notch. This is the second time I have called them and they were very responsive, professional, timely, fair price etc. Just all around great people. This leak was a pain in the you no what underneath my slab between the bedroom and bathroom. These guys jack hammered the floor and fixed the problem, then cleaned up. I located Charlies Plumbing from Angie's List and made the call . His staff was very kind and called Charlie within 10 minutes of my call. He came by as soon as possible and repaired the leak.

Late that morning the city's utility dept tech had shut down our water supply to the house, saying that we had a leak. So mid afternoon we called Charlie's Professional Plumbing. They took a while to come because they were on another job at the moment. When they came, they gave us an estimate, started working on the problem and soon they were done. They also left the area where they worked as it was before. They were very professional and respectful. I would definitely call them again if I'm ever in need of such services.

GREAT. I HAD CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. WENT OUT LOOKED AT WHAT WAS WRONG, THEY GAVE ME A CALL AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO FIX. I AGREED ON THE PRICE(WHICH WAS EXCELLENT) AND THEY REPAIRED RIGHT AWAY. I SAVED THERE NUMBER AND TOLD THEM THEY ARE MY NEW PLUMBERS

Charlie identified the problem immediately and then provided me options. I took his recommendation and he completed the repair in short order. Very professionally done.

We understand if you are too busy-just let us know-we can work around a schedule-just don't like to waste our time waiting for a call back when we could be finding another plumber.

From first phone call to competed job, very professional and quality work. Charlie himself returned my call that afternoon (it wasn't an emergency), arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the job in the estimated time, the price was exactly what was quoted, cleaned up and provided a very nice installation of a replacement hot water heater. I will definitely call him again in the future.

I've used Charlie several times. In all cases, he responded quickly and serviced any problems that required immediate attention--always on the day I called. He works efficiently, stocks necessary parts and is very reasonable. Most important, Charlie is trustworthy, never recommending work that doesn't need doing. If he can save you money, he will. I recommend him highly.

My parents live in Palm Coast, FL so I added that service area to my Angies List subscription. This has been very helpful in finding good, trustworthy help for them . My father called me and said both the toilets were broken and there was also a problem with the shower. I found Charlie on Angies List and called and spoke with Christy. She was a delight and very helpful. I gave her all the information and then had my mother call to set up an appointment. Charlie came out promptly and quickly fixed everything at a very reasonable price. My father says it was the best plumbing service he has ever had and Charlie is now his plumber!

Everything went well. The job was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up. Charlie will be back because I need other things done.

Charlie is very responsive, called and left a message for him and he called back within about 20 minutes. We worked out a time and he arrived promptly as promised.

This is the second time we've used Charlie's Plumbing. Once again, he did a great job! This is a vacation home and having work done there can be awkward to schedule...we are only there on the weekends and scheduling during the week means taking time off of work. We were having other maintenace done on that day and Charlie was able to fit us in to his schedule and get the work done while we were there. Thanks to this, we avoided taking more time off work to get the faucet repaired. As with the other visit, he did high quality work quickly, he cleaned up very well and charged a reasonable rate. In fact, he gave us a small discount this time since we were return customers. I will definitely use Charlie again, if needed, and strongly recommend him to others in the area.

Client stated he doesn't do business in Valusia County that he only has a Flagler County license, sounds kinda suspicious to me.
