Fantastic service! Calls to let me know when he'd be at the house. Gave me the option to rekey so all locks were the same key. I will call them again if I need anything done.

Morgan was very professional, called to verify the timing on the day of service, and showed up when he said he would. It took him awhile because he had to pick some of the locks as not all matched the key given to me ... so the service was a bit more expensive than normal.

Mr. Brown was referred to us by our Realtor in Palm Coast so we contacted him and he was able to come out the very next day. He is super personable and very efficient. We just bought a new condo and wanted to get the lock re-keyed and extra keys made. He did a great job and was very responsive.

Our front door lock was sticking and not working so we used graphite in it and then couldn't get the key in at all. I called Mr. Brown at 6 PM on Friday and he was going out to dinner with his wife. He told me to use WD-40 on the lock and work the key in and out. He said that it would take some time but with patience the lock would work. He was right - it now works perfectly. He was so nice and helpful that he must be very good at what he does. When ever I need a locksmith, Brown's will be my first choice.

I called Mr Brown and asked about him coming to re key my door locks. He told me he was waiting on a call back on another job and would get back to me. About 15 minutes later he called back and said other job was cancelled and he could come right out. He was prompt and did exactly what we wanted. We would use him again if the need arises.

I have an old engraved wooden trunk purchased overseas. I lost the key and wanted to use the trunk as a storage unit. Mr. Brown worked on the unusual lock until he opened it. What expertise and patience! He did not let the task get the best of him. Most important, he did not damage the wood. I thought the cost was low in view of the amount of time he spent on the trunk. I highly recommend Mr. Brown.
