+ 0 moreTeam of Two Brothers -Cleaned up and removed all items from premises as if they where never here! PLEASANT, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. They where willing to work with me on the different deminsions of hanging my chandelier and Lani ceiling fan. Also fixed a smoke alarm resetting it for me and putting it back together! WILL BE HIRING THEM AGAIN ON THE NEXT PHASE OF OUR REMODEL PROJECTS.

+ -1 moreWhat started as a grim situation couldn't have turned out better. Nicole called me from on-site and sent pictures of the damage and repair as well as other pictures of my property that illustrated storm damage. The repair was professional and 1st rate. I can't comment on price because I didn't shop around. If it was high it wouldn't matter, sometimes you can't put a price on this kind of service. I'll need future electrical work on this property and there's no one else I'll be calling.
Description of Work: The morning after Hurricane Matthew cruised up the coast a friend looked over my winter hideaway in Ormond Beach. Fortunately mostly tree damage but a large limb took down my service wires, broke the weather head and damaged the meter box. I'm thinking every electrician in the area is going to be busy for a month dealing with hurricane damage in addition to their own possible storm issues. And if I don't get the service squared away FPL won't be able to hook me up when their crews eventually get to my neighborhood. And I'm stuck helpless 1000 miles away at my summer home! DOH! I started calling close in and after 40+ answering machines I was as far out as Palm Coast and got an answer from Nicole. Fate smiled as they were actually in Ormond Beach where they hunkered down for the storm, they were familiar with my location and Mike had his equipment with him. 4 hours after I was 1st informed off the damages everything was fixed and ready for FPL 2 days later. With luck ike that I need to start buying lottery tickets!

+ -1 moreIf he doesn't have time to come back out then how would he have time to do the job? I liked him but he wouldn't come back out again. When he came out initially I was very impressed. I would have given him an A at that point.
Description of Work: He came out for an estimate. My husband wanted him to come out and talk to us but he told us he couldn't come back out. He could talk to us on the phone but didn't have time to come out.

+ 0 moreThis is a husband and wife team each one of whom was a delight to have in our home. They gave us an estimate and a date to do the installation that was within a week or two of the estimate. This was surprising to us since another electrician recommended by Angie's List kept putting me off for months and then finally just told me that they were too busy to get to me for many more months. At least they recommended Blondin to me. And because of Angie's List rave reviews, I went ahead and contracted with Blondin. I am so glad I did! We will use them for all future electrical work in our house and we are raving about them to our friends and neighbors!
Description of Work: Installed a billiard table light fixture outside on our lanai where we have an outdoor pool table. This involved wiring through the ceiling and down the wall and placing a switch inside the house. As is common in many FL homes with very high ceilings there was very little attic space to squeeze through to get to the entry point in the ceiling and it was about as far from the entry entry point into the attic area as possible! They also hung and balanced the fixture perfectly.

+ -1 moreMy whole experience with Blondin Electric was great. Mike and William did a wonderful job installing new circuits and fixtures. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also checked our breaker box to make sure everything was up to code. I also enjoyed dealing with Mike's wife Nicole for scheduling since this was a 2 day operation due to fixture availability.
Description of Work: They installed 2 motion detector sets outside. On the inside they installed 2 ceiling fans,2 recessed LED lights, wired 4 new 2 gang receptacles and a GFI receptacle. Mike also checked

The work involved several visits, and they worked with us through the whole process. They also explained options to us before doing work so that we were fully aware of what could be done. We really appreciated knowing what our options were before performing the work that we requested. As far as price, Blondin Electric is very reasonable, especially considering the time they spent with us to make sure everything was just right. We are extremely satisfied with our updated look in our home, and attribute much of this to Mike and Nicole's efforts to present various possibilities with lighting. We couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend their services to anyone.
