Blinds & Plantation Shutters

Jason is quick and knowledgeable. He gets the estimate and then the installation done quickly, but he does listen to requests and concerns. Our wait time for installation was only about two weeks. The blinds for the shower were a bonus since I referred his services to my sister who used Jason to install plantation blinds at her house. She and her husband were very pleased with the results.

He comes on time, he calls before he comes, if he's delayed, he calls ahead of time. He comes in with an assistant and does everything smoothly. He even takes his shoes off before he enters (without being asked). He's an awesome person and so polite. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

When I called him back to hire his services, he required no deposit to proceed with fabricating the blinds! He gave me an install date 10 days later, again with a 2 hour window, and arrived as expected. He did the Installation himself very efficiently, the blinds are wonderful, I highly recommend him and would use him again without even getting other bids.

Jason is fabulous! This is the 2nd time I've purchased blinds from his company. He (and his crew) are always punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Their product is top quality and made in the USA. Last year, I purchased 2" faux wood blinds for most windows in my home. Unfortunately, I chose not to do one particular window and regretted that decision. Their installation is fast and clean! You will not be disappointed in their workmanship nor their product.

Jason came out on the scheduled date to measure and give me a quote. He made several suggestions and offered several options for the style of my shutters. To make it easier to decide, he brought several styles with him so that I could see them in the home. The shutters were completed on the day he quoted and he arrived on time and installed the shutters. They are absolutely beautiful! One of his crew also wet behind the installation and caught around the frame so it is now seamless with the window frame that was initially in the house. Jason does a great job and my house is much improved by the addition of the shutters. I would definitely recommend him if you are interested in blinds or shutters for your home. This product is not made in China. They are custom made here in Florida.

The service was great and so is the quality of all products. It's also nice that these products are made in the U.S.A. and not shipped over from China. They have brightened up my rooms and I would highly recommend Jason and use him again for future work.

Jason and his assistant were the consummate professionals. They were knowledgeable about their product offerings and brought samples so that we could determine exactly what would work best in our home. Jason Reittinger arrived for our appointment on time. He was pleasant and focused on explaining the pros and cons of wood vs. plastic. Wooden shutters, which cost a bit more, have nine coats of paint, won't fade and are made locally in a factory in Holly Hills, Florida. Any damaged slat could be replaced. Plastic shutters might fade in direct sunlight and are made overseas. He measured the windows, noted them on a form on which he also provided a written estimate. I called and talked with him about two weeks later to clarify lead time, and asked about flexibility re installation date--about four weeks into the future. We placed our order during the call and provided a deposit via credit card. He separately confirmed the measurements ("measure twice; cut once"). One month later: He and a two-man crew arrived this morning on schedule. They quickly removed the existing vertical blinds and assembled the frames used to hold the shutters. They installed the shutters, adjusted for "true" vertical and alignment of the shutters across the entire area. Jason explained how the shutters open for window cleaning and showed how to adjust if any set of slats became loose. He said not to open the shutters for 24 hours to allow the caulk to dry. Jason and his crew were professional, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out within slightly more than two hours. We are very pleased with our new look and happily recommend Blinds by Jason.

I am very pleased with the product and the service. My old blinds had fallen apart after many years. Blinds by Jason promptly responded to my call and scheduled an in person consultation. I was given a variety of options and once I selected the blinds my installation appointment was scheduled. They came when promised and quickly installed my blinds. Very well. We had a problem matching "marshmallow" color of existing plantation shutter on bedroom door and Jason redid the door to get the exact match.
