 + -1 moreour slider panel spontaneously imploded one night and 'crinkled' all night long leaving a badly broken, mosaic looking, door of glass. These two gentleman has a panel of glass and removed the one panel and installed the new one in about an hour. It was amazing to watch them and not a shard of glass was to be found. A+ as fas as we are concerned.

 + -1 moreIt was an actual pleasure to deal with Tom. He was prompt, professional and provided customer service beyond the call of duty. I called Tom and stated that I had broken sliding glass door glass. He arrived on time only to realize that I had provided him with some bad information in regards to the size. When he arrived he immediately noticed the problem. Tom was very understanding and a week later had the required materials and fixed the door. It should be noted that Tom drove 40+ miles round trip TWICE due to my error. It should also be noted that the glass I eventually ended up with was custom and was more expensive than the original estimate. Tom did not raise his price and I paid the original estimate price. You can't go wrong with this company.
