Description of Work: Our newly purchased (older) house was not cooling effectively. Arctic Breeze was recommended by neighbors as well as having good reviews on Angie's List. We called and they were able to come in three hours. They called back an hour later and said they could be here earlier and we agreed. The service person arrived exactly when expected, was polite, fast, and informative. He looked things over and calculated an expected price for the work and materials, broken down by the services. We accepted that proposal. He checked for leaks, inside and out. Looked over all connections and equipment noting that it is an older system but fully functional. He added 4 pounds of refrigerant, took the fan out and completely cleaned all the grunge from the fan and housing, thoroughly vaccumed inside the main unit and finally applied a chlorine type spray to all the interior fiberglass batting. The total cost came in quite a bit less than the quote, due to less refrigerant being needed. He completed the work in under 90 minutes, accepted the Angie discount coupon and had his office recommend another service provider for additional work I was looking for. Today, the sun is hot, the house is comfortaby cool and the air is fresh. I would without hesitation recommend Arctic Breeze services to anyone.
