+ -1 moreShould have been an easy hot water replacement, but it turned into a constant up sell and problems. Kept finding issues I felt were not issues. Kept finding problems, that later after some research, we're not. Felt helpless since my family had no hot water. what was supposed to be 750$. Turned into $1200.!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

Description of Work: We had detected what we thought was a natural gas leak. The technician was thorough and helpful. While there was no leak, his determination to verify it was reassuring. He knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing as he did the work. We used this company two years ago to install additional conduit and hoses to extend the natural gas service to our grill. Their work quality is excellent

+ -1 moreTROY Plumbing explained all work needed, and how it would to be performed. Including information on All different pool heater manufactures options and difference in each price . Troy is on time gets right to work and leaves a clean Job Site. He has previously done work for us by replaced major Gas line to our Whole House Gas generator and also replaced Our Gas fired Hot water tank. He also returns to check & test all new installed equipment.
Description of Work: Removed Old Pool Heater & Installed Gas Fired Pool Heater and tested.

+ 0 moreThey removed the water heater and drywall behind the water heater and replaced the pipes that were leaking . They then replaced the drywall behind the water heater and the water heater. They did a very good job and were very efficient in the time it took them to do the job. I thought they were very reasonable with the price.
Description of Work: Replaced water pipes inside the wall going to the water heater.

+ 0 moreI called them and told them what I wanted to do --asked about rebates. They set up an appt. He came over, gave me a quote, gave me a start date. Did the work and even came back and inspected it after PSL did!! I have one room that is always hot and he redirected the flow to take care of that. I did not expect to see a change in my a/c bill so fast. My bill this time of year is typically $150 and it went down $50 --- and I run it all the time. Keep it at 72 at night to sleep and cuddle up in my blankets. You will never regret hiring them for the job.
Description of Work: These people are the best. The woman at the office is just as sweet as pie. They sent a young man, Todd, over to install the 16 seer a/c and he was the sweetest kid. Patiently explained everything, extremely respectful and was extremely helpful to me even going out of the way to be helpful. I will always use them for my a/c needs and plumbing, if any come up! In fact, anything that goes wrong, I will call them first.

+ -1 moreThey are authorized gas service plumbers, and they were recommended by a gas company. I called a provider on Angie’s List who explained they don’t do gas company, so this is a valuable find. There was a rebate by the gas company, which they took care of. I called them, and they had all the answers. They were very prompt and very professional. They came out rapidly and installed it. They did everything they were supposed to do at the price they said they would do. They supplied everything and left the place nice and clean.
Description of Work: Troy Plumbing & Gas Inc replaced a hot water gas tanker for me the last time.
