Terrific! Norbert and his team were fast, polite, careful, punctual and really went the extra mile to make my move go smoothly.

They arrived on time. They performed the work in an efficient and professional manner. I would hire them again and recommend them to others. I thought they were a little expensive, but I'm an old cheapskate .... but better to have things packed well than try to save a little money and lose some china or something.

We chose Red Box Moving because we had heard about them from some friends, when I looked them up on Angies List they had great ratings so I figured it was worth a shot. We hired Norbert and his crew to move our belongings. I was stressed out with a toddler in tow but everything went perfectly. His crew was really nice and professional, and FAST!!! You can tell they know the ins and outs of relocation. The price was great, the service was great and it was an excellent experience. The bottom line is- USE RED BOX!!!! Thank you NORBERT!!!!

.Norbert was excellent. He and his two workers arrived on time. They quickly and methodically started wrapping furniture and carrying out boxes. Since I lived in a condo and had to use the resident elevator as the service elevator, it took some time to move out of the building. On the way to my new home, we made an additional stop to empty out my storage unit. Norbert and his crew completed that task in minutes. Once we arrived at my new home (an hour away), they quickly and carefully unloaded all the furniture and boxes. This job took eight hours to complete because of condo rules, extra stop at the storage unit, and an hour drive to the final destination. Norbert and his guys never stopped for a lunch break or anything. They worked until the job was completed. Norbert is a true professional. He treats his business as a career, not just a job. I'm thankful for picking Red Box Moving,inc. Norbert and his guys are the ONLY moving company I would use in the future.

These guys moved our large 1 bedroom ( a whole big truck worth of stuff in 1 day ). They were polite, they were smart and they knew how to hustle. When we got to our new location, the condo cops wanted to keep us from moving in ( too late in the day ) these guys got us unloaded 2.5 hours. Both the condo we moved out of and the condo that we moved into had a "long carry" - no complaints and no attitude from these guys at all. These guys are great !

We have used this company in the past and have been extremely "HAPPY" with their service. We had a large move recently and it was a ton of work but Norbert and his workers did an awesome job. Many of the items were very dear to me and they handled them like they were their own! We had more items then we originally thought as we were moving from a large house to a smaller one, but they got it done and worked way past the time that was originally thought for the move. I have unpacked all of my fragile items and I am elated to say nothing was broken! :) This company is honest, caring and hard working.........

Red Box moving was the best. I've had three other estimates and he was less then all and I did not even have to tell him what the other prices were. Norbit (the owner) and his crew were on time, professional and above all did a fantastic job. Me and my wife packed all the small stuff and left the heavy items to Norbit. they were quick and Norbit was there to keep the guys on track. it was great that they charge by the hour. I would use this business again and again and recommend them highly.

Red Box Moving advertized as follows: "We charge $99/hr for 3 movers and a 24' truck (with an oversized liftgate on it) time starts at your door and we have a trip charge of $189 (it is a one time fee that covers our travel time, truck, fuel and your insurance). NO EXTRA CHARGES for stairs, long carry, disassembly and re-assembly of furniture, heavy items, furniture wrapping with padded moving blankets, proper moving equipment included, NO HIDDEN FEES." I arranged this move with Norbert, the owner, on May 7th and our move date was June 20th. We did not have to pay a deposit in advance. The day before the move I sent him a reminder email and he responded back that they would be there the next morning. Norbert and his crew arrived on time, and we are very happy that we used them.

Overall, excellent!!! They were professional and quick even with no AC in the apartment where the move originated. The attention to detail was outstanding and everything was done exceptionally well. The price was on target and I will be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and professional moving company.

They moved my townhouse to another townhouse, 3 bedrooms.

As stated above, Red Box did not move us due to a schedule conflict. We would hire them in the future if we move our things out of storage.

It was a good experience from the beginning to the end. I chose Red Box Moving because of the reviews from previous clients. From the quote to the move, everything went as planned. We were called the day before to confirm and on the day of the move with an ETA. Norbert and Tommy were very professional and treated of our items like it was their own. Moving can be so stressful but Norbert made it happen without any problems. I would use them again and recommend them!

They were superb. They are the first people I would call for moving services, and the first people I would recommend. They showed up exactly at the time they promised to be there, they were very, very careful with my belongings, got the job done in a couple hours, and they were a dream to deal with. Also, they were good with organizing my belongings once it was moved into the storage unit. They took the time to wrap my nice, wooden dining table top in a quilt, and their attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was broken or scratched: it was perfect.

From the moment I contact Norbert (the owner of Red Box Moving), I felt like this was going to be a very good experience. Within an hour of my request for a quote, Norbert had replied with a very satisfactory quote and I immediately emailed my acceptance. The day before the move, Norbert called to confirm that everything was still a go with the move. On the morning of the move, he called to say he was on the way - our apartment was a little difficult to find - my own experience with my own GPS sent me totally the wrong way. Once the truck arrived, we signed the paperwork and Norbert and Tommy immediately dove into the task at hand. All the time they were extremely friendly but professional. Before long, the truck was full of the furniture and we headed off to the new townhouse. Again, as soon as they arrived at the townhouse, they jumped to the task at hand - this time - a lot more difficult because of the two stories of the townhouse, but again, they were extremely professional in getting the work done, but being very friendly at the same time. When everything had been moved in, we settled the bill - it was exactly as quoted - as Norbert promotes om his truck - no hidden costs. I would have no hesitation in using them again as well as recommending them to anyone that is considering using a moving company. Thanks Norbert and Tommy for a great move!!

FANTASTIC I WOULD NEVER USE ANYBODY ELSE EVER

They're prompt in giving me a quote. They were professional and careful with packing and moving. They were nice people. The crew was great. The owner was impressive. He's around from start to finish as a part of the moving team.

Norbert was really great. He was super responsive and went above and beyond. I asked him to move things in shifts (beds and couch first) so we could begin getting all the beds situated and he was happy to oblige. He only had one person helping him b/c so it took all day, but this was because the job turned out to be more labor intensive than I had thought. I would definitely recommend this company.

Norbert and his crew showed up to move me from one house to another. Everyone was clean, neat and professional. They took care handling my property, unlike so many other movers, and they carefully stacked everything in their truck. The entire process went smoothly and I can highly recommend them. The other very useful aspect of their service was that everyone spoke ENGLISH! Very helpful in a move situation.

arrived promptly, was easy and friendly to work with, hustled and worked quickly and efficiently. i rented a upack trailer and they were able to minimize the number of feet i used (saving me money) by figuring out how to stack my belongings all the way to the ceiling. if i weren't moving across the country, i would definitely use them again!
