+ -1 moreThis company agreed to rat removal and had a contract that you had to sign without any explanation of the terms and the terms was you had to have 1 full year of service and could not cancel at all. They then charged us for services that were not provided as we asked to cancel as we no longer had a rat problem - they didn't come back but sent us a bill for a year of service when we only received one treatment - beware of signing any contract with them as you will be charged for services NOT rendered

+ 0 moreRats to Bats who is owned by Taylor and very experienced tech Nick did excellent work and were honest, professional and had hard working. I would recomend them over any other company in the area only one other company even called back, and was told they would not be able to come out till four business days. BEST WILDLIFE REMOVAL SERVICES IN TREASURE COAST AREA!!! HONEST AND DID EVERY THING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND MORE. Ask for Taylor or Nick they will get the job done right. They are hands down the best.
Description of Work: Had rats removed from attic and spots that they were comming in and out sealed and closed off all possiable areas of entry to house

Description of Work: Rats to Bats removed a rather large group of rats that had taken up residence in our attic. They sealed the whole roof and removed all the rats. This company was extremely efficient,professional, and reasonable.

+ -1 moreMy technican was very helpful and called about a week later just to make sure I was completely satisfied. He was also cheaper than several other business I called.
Description of Work: Rats to Bats wildlife removal came to my house to remove a family of raccoons from my attic. A wildlife technician arrived at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about different species. I never felt pressured or scared into buying the service. After a few short visits the critters were gone and the holes in my soffit and roof were sealed.
