+ -1 morenice guy, called right away, came right over, didn't fix the problem I called to have my smoke alarms stopped chirping as I thought they were integrated into the house alarm; turns out they weren't but John said I needed a new alarm system for $230.....later he said the smoke alarms were independent of the house alarm and that I should replace the batteries and if that didn't work, replace the smoke alarm...........so I paid $230 to be told to do it myself......he didn't fix the problem.
