Description of Work: Replaced a crackex PVC pipewhich caused loss of pressure in filter. He had advised me that after 3 years, i needed a new filter. They were relatively new type so i had to order online. I didnt know how to repace it so Brad did it at no charge. (very large cartridge filter) he is friendly and helpful. Always responds promptly

+ -1 moreWe pay him $65 a month. He doesn't get the highest ratings. He's higher than the former maintenance person we had for the pool, but, we haven't used him as much, and we will continue to use him in the future.

Since we had had problems 7 months prior and had leak detection done and the areas repaired, we decided to get an opinion of a pool expert in our area. The pool is approximately 23 years old, but "new" to us, and we wanted options and opinions and hopefully repair. Brad came right out and looked at the pool and tried to isolate the issues we were having. We discussed several good options that were available to us. Brad recommended we immediately call the leak detection company we had used several months prior, we agreed and he called them. When they came to the house, Brad was here and they discussed the issues and went to work. Brad followed up with me the next day and was very informative and helpful. Brad was hands on and understood our needs. I am sure we will be using him to have the pool resurfaced and the deck redone in the near future. With his reputation and his professionalism as well as what we feel is "good old fashioned customer service" we will be dealing with Brad as well as recommending him and his business.
Description of Work: Pool Specialist Inc was called because we were having a very significant leak in our pool. Since we had leaks repaired by a leak detection company months prior, and the pool is 23 years old, we wanted to know our options. He isolated all the lines and walked us through those issues. Due to the amount of water loss in the pool in less than 24 hours, he recommended immediate leak detection to take care of the problem "now". We further discussed options available to us and possible costs outside the leak repair on a pool/deck and pipes with a pool in this condition and this age.
