They never called back

The wait time is long, but they did good work. Once they started on it, it only took a few days. It was supposed to take 6-8 weeks, and it ended up being more like 10 weeks. Part of that was due to weather, but it all went well. I'm very pleased with the work they did. They were on time, efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was having a hard time to get a start date for the project. Had asked for them to come back and correct a few places. Never returned and the area's had not been correct.

CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT A FEW WEEKS AGO. NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. CALLED A SECOND TIME LAST WEEK ANDSCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ON A MONDAY 10AM. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP..!!...I EEMVEN SCHEDULED IT WITH THE PERSON THEMSELF. SO, I CALLED THE SECRETARY AND SHE HAD MIKE CALL ME BACK. HE APOLOGIZED AND CAME THE NEXT DAY. HE SHOWED LITTLE ENTHUSIASM, TOOK A FEW PHOTOS , LEFT WITHIN 5 MINUTES ....WITHOUT SAYING WHEN HE'D SEND ME AN ESTIMATE ..., A WEEK WENT BY WITH NO ESTIMATE. SO, I CALLED THE SECRETARY AND SHE HAD HIM CALL ME. HE APOLOGIZED AGAIN, SAID HE'D GET BACK WITH THE ESTIMATE.....BUT THEN 1 HOUR LATER CALLS ME BACK AND SAID...."WE CAN'T TAKE ON THAT JOB" !! WHIY? I ASKED.... HE SAID THAT THEY DON'T DO THAT TYPE OF SCREENING JOB...IE. ALL I NEEDED WAS TO HAVE A 2 STORY SCREEN ENCLOSURE INSTEAD OF A ONE STORY.....HESAID HE CONSIDERED IT "CUSTOM". OUR ENCLOSURE IS ONLY 50FT X 25....NOTHING UNIQUE. ALSO WE ARE IN A GATED COMMUNITY WHERE THEY THEY PREVIOUSLY HAVE DONE ALOT OF WORK. HE HAD THE ATTITUDE...SAYING THAT NO COMPANY NEAR BY WOUL DO THE JOB AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET A COMPANY IE. NO LESS THAN 60 MILES AWAY THAT WOULD DO A CUSTOM TYPE JOB ...MY HOUSE IS ONLY 2300 SF! SO I TOLD HIM....THAT HE WAS WRONG B/C I ALREADY GOT ANOTHER ESTIMATE WITH A VERY INTERESTED, HELPFUL PERSON THAT SHOWED UP ON TIME , GOT ME THE ESTIMATE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. MIKES ANSWER TO THAT WAS...WELL, THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL TALKING TO ME! I SAID TO HIM... ...... B/C I WANTED TO HEAR WHY YOU WOULDN'T DO THE JOB AND HEAR YOUR ATTITUED TOWARDS A CUSTOMER SO THAT I CAN BE SURE TO LET OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS KNOW THE LACK OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR AGES IN THIS COMMUNITY. I CAN ONLY GUESS THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED SERVING ALL THEIR COMMUNITY CUSTOMERS UNLESS IT WORKS PERFECT FOR THEM. ....WELL....IF THATS THE BEST THEY CAN DO.....I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO DO A JOB WELL OR EVEN CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. ...ALONG WITH NOT SHOWING UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT, NOT RETURNING A CALLS AND ACTING ARROGANT ABOUT "YOU WON'T FIND SOMEONE LOCAL TO DO THIS"..... I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE THEREAFTER ON THE COMPANY RECORDER INDICATING MY FEELINGS REGARDING THIS AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL ME BACK. IT'S BEEN A WEEK. NO ON HAS CALLED BACK. I INDICATED THAT I WOULD LEAVE A REVIEW ON ANGIES LIST

Installation went quite smoothly, and the project was completed in a timely manner. We had one issue during construction aboutt he design, but they corrected it immediately. We also had one call back to insall a rain shield for the gutter, and that was done quickly and competently. They did a particularly good job with the fidly bits that needed to be custom cut to match the outline of our walls and roof. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who wanted a screen for a pool.

The new gutters developed leaks about ten months after installation. Contacted the contractor many times. Wouldn't call back. He finally sent a crew out to inspect/repair the gutters. They were leaking at all of the joints. They made repairs, but still have leaking gutter. I arranged with him to make the final repair, but no one showed up. Again, after leaving messages on his phone, have still not heard from him. This contractor was very pushy about getting paid for this job. He, personally, never inspected the work either during installation, or on completion, or after complaints. Would never recommend him for any work.

They responded immediately and got the job done.

Excellent job. The installer left no mess when he was done.

I had them fix two screen doors, locks, closers, leveling, bug shields, hardware. They did a great job on both doors. Very nice group of people.

It went very well,they came at the appointed time,installed the door in about 40 min.

I was very satisfied with their job. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them.

They put some new coat for hurricane supports and also we had some overhead roof leak. They even fixed that. They even did some screening.
