They did an excellent job. They were efficient and showed up on time. I would recommend them to other people.

I followed their instructions and emptied the spa, cleaned it out completely etc. I refilled it with city water and took samples for them to test. They did so and gave me a list of what to buy and what to put in. I did as they said and immediately the water went cloudy, I returned to the store on many occassions and their only answer was to add more chemicals (at my expense) and let the spa copntunously run. They assured me it would clear - it never did after 4 days. I retuned today only to be told to buy more chemicals and add to the spa. Immediately I did the water went from cloudy to murky, when I called all they could say was "Let your fileter run for a couple of days and it should clear". Nonsense, every time I refilled the spa with the old company I got clear water immediately - I am now draining my water and starting again with a new company - Obviously Palm City Pinch A Penny are more like "Pinch a Few Dollars" at best just incompitenet at worst a 'Con'
Description of Work: They were asked to provide expert management of my spa water quality. I had used a previous company but they were now too far away from my house so I went to this local company. I have never had trouble before with water quality.
