He is in Florida, work was done in Florida, and I am in New York, everything was done via photos, he kept me updated on the status of the work, and everything was done and completed in about a week, and it was quick. He left the place clean, the work was very good, it looks very nice and the choice of tiles was very nice as well. It was a good quality tiles and work.

They are the best in town, customer service was excellent as well as the service.

It was wonderful from start to finish. they gave us god price from the tile, the person that we met at the store was very knowledgeable and the installer is very good.

By far, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They did not show up on time on numerous occasions and while they expressed what seemed like legitimate reasons at first, there was never a call or to say they wouldn't be there or would be late. The window was taken out without covering the tub below which resulted in tile and bits of drywall going down the drain. There was no attempt to clean it out. Later the debris in the tub was cleared out and a piece of plywood laid over it. At the end of the job, the tub had scrapes and gouges in it that cannot be repaired. After removing the old tile, damage was done to the wall next to the tub, but I was told it would be repaired and you wouldn't even be able to see it when it was finished. The holes were repaired, but there was no texture and the original wall had an orange peel texture. The patched holes stand out. I now have to have a painter repair and paint the walls. After starting the tile installation, I was told that because there was no bulnose for that tile and a baseboard would need to be installed. As the drywall was damaged when removing the tile, the company recommendation was to install a baseboard with quarter round. I bought the materials and they still didn't cover the damaged area so the next recommendation was a larger baseboard. The baseboard was not measured correctly, resulting in a gap between it and the pencil around the tile which the installed chose to try and caulk over. Additionally, due to the height, the installed cut out large pieces so that the vanity door would be able to open. The finished product looks like an amateur did the work and had no idea of what to do. The tile installer put brown paper on my hardwood floors and taped it down. When he removed it 2 weeks later, he also removed the finish on my floors. My floors now need to be refinished. The company did not see fit to hire a plumber to reinstall my the handles and faucet in the shower and did it themselves. The handle came off the second time it was used resulting in a call to my plumber. Then I learned the faucet itself had not been reinstalled correctly and each time the shower is turned on water comes out the back side of the faucet. Another call to the plumber. As of right now, my estimates for repairs come to just over $5,000.00, $1500.00 more than the price "Hassell Free" charged for their work.
