+ -1 moreAs with most home sales there were a few glitches in the process (none due to Michele) and she handled all the situations with speed, accuracy and finese. She always had a smile on her face and reassuring words. I was never concerned because I knew she had my best interests in mind and I will forever be grateful to her.
Description of Work: I have had the pleasure of working with MICHELE DUTKIN for the past 3 months both with the sale of my house in Palm City and the purchase of my new home in St. Lucie West. In all my years of working with realtors for a variety of services I have never met any one like Michele. She is friendly, reliable, honest, sincere, highly professional, and extremely knowledgable in her field. I love her and would highly recommend her without reservation for all your real estate needs. Not only will you get the BEST but you will meet a beautiful person both inside and out.

Description of Work: We are not using a realtor to sell our house, however when Teague Taylor came by to take a look for his prospective clients he was very professional. There was no sales pitch like so many other realtors offered, just an easy way about him that we appreciated. He even offered a couple of tips to improve our listing. I don't know if I'll use a realtor in the future, but if I do, Teague is at the top of the list.

+ -1 moreGood advertising of property. Commission on property was standard for the price of the property and the time it was listed. We would have given our agent and listing agency a higher score if they had provided more market anaylysis and feed back during our listing. The real estate market was changing quickly during our listing period (the real estate bubble had just burst) and we feel our sale would have been faster if we had regular updates on the changes in property's value. We were willing to drop our price, but were advised that that shouldn't be necessary because our original price was competitive. After several month on the market we dropped the price 10% and finally saw some interest.
