I needed to have sections of the exterior fascia on my house replaced due to wood rot. They did a great job in removing and replacing the problem areas as well as painting the new fascia. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs similar work done.

Robert knows exactly what he's doing wrt contracting. He replaced rotted fascia/soffit boards, pressure washed and then painted. His pricing is not the cheapest BUT not expensive either - about what I would estimate the project to be worth so He's fair. He'll lay out your options and then let you choose even with caveats. Yes, I'd definitely hire him again. Btw this website misconstrues the work that was done as it was not under either a home warranty nor a summer maintenance program.

I had a section of rotted door trim replaced as well as my door. The door installation seemed okay, but the finished work was terrible. The chaulking work on the door trim and everywhere else was put on very sloppily. I spent hours trying to remove the wrongly applied chaulk to get it somewhat better. In addition, the deadbolt is very difficult to lock. I called and texted the guy several times and he does not respond. Once he gets his money, he is done with you. I would not recommend this guy.
