I am thrilled with my roofing experience with A & P Construction and couldn't have chosen a better roofer to do the job!! I was extremely nervous about having a new roof put on my 1990 home but it was time. My old asphalt shingles were shot. After getting multiple estimates, I decided on A & P Construction to install a new metal roof. I had seen their work on a house in my neighborhood and was so impressed I knocked on the lady's door and asked who did the metal roof. She raved about her experience with this company, and that's how I found A & P Construction and Rick Cochran. Their price was competitive. Rick met with me on multiple occasions and patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Most importantly he was willing to work with me - I have a hip roof, along with a flat porch roof with screen enclosure attached, and two skylights. One contractor told me he would have to tear my screen enclosure down to do the roof!! Rick put my mind at ease, helped me coordinate gutter install, etc. Kenny and the crew were here everyday, promptly at 8 am, and worked hard all day long. At the end of each day things were cleaned up nicely. Rick, Kenny and their crew were a pleasure to have around; polite, respectful and professional! I cannot say enough about how great this team is. If you want your roof done, and done right, these are the guys to call! You will not be disappointed. My job was finished in 5 days, and my yard was left spotless. Just a fantastic experience!

They are very reliable, very honest, and very thorough. They did a very nice job. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was very pleased. I did not expect that from them. Their quote was right in the ball park with the lowest quotes we got, and we got some that were higher. Their quality was excellent. They were very demanding on the precision of the job. It was not an easy roof because our roof has a lot of different angles. A lot of the roofs around us had a lot more straight areas. They were amazing. They came when they said when they were going to come. They cleaned up after themselves. I am really shocked that somebody was this good. If I had general remodeling work because they do that too, I would definitely use them.

He was able to tear down part on a 1930's home and was able to seamlessly add on virtually a brand new house. I like that he charged us a flat fee. He was able to look at the plans and gave us allowances on different aspects of the build. He was full of integrity and honesty. I had an incident with a sub contractor, he was able to fix it for me with no extra charge. The crew was professional, respectful, and punctual. The woodwork was impeccable. He pursues excellence.
