+ -1 moreWarren left me high and dry. He had done a service 7 months ago and was supposed to come for maintenance. I called to remind him and tell him my ac was not working. He promised to come. After 3. Calls h never returned leaving me high and fry. DO NOT USE Warren Case

+ -1 moreWarren Case is always punctual, professional, reliable, personable, and trustworthy. He has been servicing our AC for the last 2 years and I completely trust him. He never pushes new products on me. He always does his best to keep what I have running smoothly. Today was no different. I'm on Warren's service plan so there was no charge for the service visit. I just needed to replace one part. He was here on time and did his job expertly. I also love that it is his own business and he is always the one on the job so we have a nice working relationship.

Description of Work: Warren Case has been my go to A/C person for a few years now. We hired him the first time we had a previous A/C company tell us we needed a new system and wanted a second opinion. Warren has been fair and honest and repaired our original A/C systems and has painted them for several years at a reasonable cost.
