They were very professional

The movers showed up on time. They did not waste any time getting the move completed. Their price was better than many of the other companies that I contacted. When and if an issue arises, Dixie Movers steps up to make good with their customers. I would use them again.

They showed up 30 min late but still got the job done. Hard workers in the incredible heat. Everything arrived in good shape. Would definately recommend!

I verified the move a week prior for July 31st, 2021. They never showed up or answered my phone calls. Here it is the next day after and no returned calls.

The actual movers were very professional and good. The only complaint I have is when I talked and booked with owner he said they don’t have minimal hours or per cost a mile, but with final bill minimal hour included above actual hour and a charge per mile. Since only had verbal on this, I could not fight

if had better tools the job would have been faster but over all good job

Absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond! They moved my stuff with complete care and even were cautious of my hard wood floors. They threw furniture in the dumpster for us that honestly was not their job but they offered with a smile. The price was very reasonable. Very nice employees and the owner as well. If you’re looking for a mover trust me you’ll want to go with Dixie!

I have used Dixie Moving and Storage for 2 complete house moves. I was able to speak to the owner Dave and he answered all my questions and was straight forward with the process and most importantly the price. When the second move came along I did the same thing and spoke with the owner. These guys are trustworthy and I have referred them to many friends since. They helped move good friends down from Boston, MA to Jupiter, FL! Thanks again guys for getting my belongings into my new house without any issues.

True professionals. Part of our move included a pool table. Dixieâ s team showed up on time, carefully moved our furniture and carefully deconstructed the entire pool table. Cant say enough positive things about our experience. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish it was excellent. Dave came in person to give me a quote. He was professional and helpful. The two men who actually executed the move were very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

The moving crew were very polite ,. They took great care to wrapped , pack, transfer and unload our furniture items with no damage. Amazing! Also, Dixie Moving Company charged a very fair price and David the CEO , very responsive to all my questiins!

The crew was late, some wasted a lot of time on their phones, showing each other pictures, sitting in the cab of the truck, calling to find the missing 3rd guy, smoking cigarettes... Then overcharged me on time when their personnel was late. We moved 6 months ago, using the same size truck for a 4br move, yet these guys could not fit this 2br move into this truck... So now I have to figure out how to complete my move after paying them $1300 + tips. The main guy complained about his tip. I gave him cash but told him I could give him more if he would tack it on to my card transaction. He did not want to do that because he claimed his boss would not give it to him. Their truck was missing a headlight, had flat tires, and could barely go over 40mph, which of course cost me more money and time. As a side note, I would like to say that Josh and Vic were great workers and hustled.

This moving company cracked my 10ft by 4ft slap of stone which is the top to my dining room table I just purchased. It cannot be repaired has to be replaced. David the owner of the company refused to resolve. UPDATE He stood up and reolved the issue

I have done a lot of moves cross country and out of the country. These movers packed my paintings and delicate furniture like the overseas pros. I highly recommend them.

It was my first conversation with Dave, the owner, that gave me the feeling to go with Dixie out of the three moving companies whose reps I had conversations with. His pride in 11 years of ownership of a business he had started himself, his precision in rounding work to be paid for to the nearest 15 mins, his confidence that a two-man team could do the move, and his interest in making it go quickly with ideas like accumulating the things at the elevator on the 21st floor of our move-out condo building were key factors in my decision. Above all though in my going with Dixie was the honesty and integrity that came through in Daveâ s voice â and he was polite, patient, and helpful in answering my questions and providing information. On the move itself: We were surprised when the crew showed up at 9am instead of the 10am we had set, but we were ready and fine with the earlier start. Ron, one of the movers, did a fine job, knew what he was doing, and took pride in his work. My wife says she especially appreciated our other mover, Lamar, as a responsible, responsive, hard-working, and polite young man. Dave and his crew get 5 Stars from us â and would get 10 if that were possible. We will hire them when we move again. Thank you Dave and crew!

Amazing service. They were the first to respond to our request on Home Advisor, they answered all requests for information and certificates from our annoying building with speed and professionalism, and with two days before our move, they literally saved our asses. They worked non-stop. Great attitudes, took great care of everything, the way they maneuvered the furniture into and through our annoying high-rise, with all the rules, all while respecting the short move-in window... nothing but a great experience. ð ð »

Excellent experience with courteous, professional and efficient movers. Nothing missing or broken, showed up on time and finished early. I have utilized their services 2 times and would do so again as well as recommend to others.

I called at 10am on a Tuesday and the they had me scheduled in no time. The day of the move, Dixie Moving had a truck and a full crew at my house right on time. They were friendly, very professional and did an outstanding job!
