I contacted them once to set up a time for an estimate. They said they would call back multiple times, but never did. This is not a small job and they lost out on business by not returning my call.

Mike returned my call on the same day that I left a message and we set up an appointment. Mike telephoned me prior to his arrival on the day of the appointment. Mike was able to adjust the door very easily. Mike explained why the problem was occurring.

Went well. Service was prompt and courteous.

After I purchased the Angie's List special, Mike called me before I had a chance to call him. He was considerate and professional. We set up a day for the service to be completed and the night before he called and gave me a time. The repairman was on time - even called when he was about 10 minutes from my house. The repair itself went extremely well and he even replaced a couple extra parts and lubricated where needed at no extra charge. I was very impressed with this company and would use them again in a heart beat.

Mike was on time for the estimate. We just moved into a home with no existing garage door motor and the door was fairly broken. He did not try to up sell us a new door right off the bat, but to improve and fix the existing door, which i appreciated (I have a ton more things to pay for with a move-in home) and he also fixed a rail safety concern while he was on the initial call. I thought the price was fair, so he came back the next day to install the motor and fix the door. I'd do business with Mike and his son Mike again (his son Mike installed the door). They installed a new motor, new tension springs and fixed rail and latches on the existing door.

The garage doors didn't work well before A Garage Door King Inc came out. Now they are quite, work well, the garage door opener syncs up to both doors. The man was very prompt because he came the same day, he had all the equipment with him to fix what needed to be done, he got things done quickly, the price was reasonable, he was friendly, and very professional.

The other day my wife was in the Garage and I heard this loud "BOOM"! I went to the garage fully expecting to find something major wrong and found that one of my Garage Door Springs had blown. I normally use a different company for my service but I was not happy with the previous company the last time. I went on Angie's List and found Garage Door King and they even had a special for exactly what I needed, 2 New Garage Door Springs. Their special was going to save me app. $75.00 and they could get out to my house in 1 day. I read their reviews, called them and figured I would give them a try. Long story short, Mike and his helper just left my house and I will never use anyone else but Garage Door King in the future. He analyzed the weight of my door and found that the previous springs that were installed were of the wrong size thus the reason they failed as fast as they did. After doing his calculations and contacting the factory to verify, he was done within 20 minutes. He also tuned up my garage door by lubricating and adjusting everything and my door has never operated better. I can't say enough good things about them. I am the President of our association and I fully plan on sharing this secret with our community. Do not hesitate to call them if you need any service completed on your Garage Door. They are truly experts in their field.

Mike and Mike are a Father/Son team. They did an excellent job of Communication. There was a delay in service by one day, but they communicated well and apologized profusely. When they arrived, they gave me a very fair estimate. During the repair, they ran into some trouble which involved installing some brackets, but did not charge any additional sums. The doors have worked well since then. I would definitely recommend them and will call them when I need a replacement door or opener.

A+++++++Mike was great! Called for service in the morning and showed up that same afternoon. Fixed the issue without any problems and then some. Went beyond what he said he would do and still only charged me what he quoted over the phone. I would recommend to anyone and will use him again.

We are satisfied with the work that he did, however, he left a lot of holes in the garage ceiling when he put the garage door opener in.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job in an acceptable time frame. He explained the work that was done (before/after) in a clear and concise way. Other than a slight delay in getting to our house, we were extremely pleased with the technician and service.

Owner was super friendly and actually called me to schedule the service, it is so unusual to find proactive service folks these days. They arrived on time, completed th qork in a timely fashion and when my husband had to leave unexpectedly, offered to return if we had other questions or issues. The owner also called afterward to make sure service level was acceptable.

Our garage door opener stopped working. I called Mike from Garage Door King on Tuesday. He was here one day later. Completed the job in a timely fashion, did not look to upcharge. Pleasant, professional, courteous, and honest. Highly recommend them!

Our home is approximately 10 years old and the garage doors have never been serviced. Yesterday our double door crashed and we called for a repair this morning. Michael came right out the same day and not only completely repaired our double door but also serviced our single door as well. They are both working perfectly now and we are very satisfied with the service. Another competitor (Broten) quoted us $175 just to come out to our house (and could not come today by the way) before any repairs or additional service fees.

After calling Mike the Garage Door King, he came the following day; assessed the problem with the door closing mechanism and promptly fixed the door. The electric eye of the sender/receiver was not working. Mike is professional and a nice guy! He did a great job for us. We now have his telephone number pasted on the wall right above the button to open and close the garage door. We will certainly use him again when we have problems.

We called Garage Door King the morning of the 10th and were told that they would be able to come out to the house that day. They called ahead of time and arrived exactly when they said they would. It was determined that a new Lift Master motor was needed and other adjustments made, and much to our delight, the job was completed that same afternoon. Garage Door King did an excellent installation. They were professional, very pleasant, and very reasonable. We would definitely give them the highest recommendation.

This is a story about a Pre-Christmas repair job that went very very well!!! I heard about what will come to be known as "The garage door episode" while I was at work. The garage door had somehow hammered itself off the tracks. I got home and saw that it was well beyond my expertise. I was SURE that my Christmas present this year was going to be a new garage door. I called the Garage Door Kings the next day, Saturday morning,(based on my Angie's list review) and spoke with Mike Sr. He was on a call, and said that he would be over within a few hours. He made sure that there was NOT an emergency at my house before we hung up. He called right before he came over to make sure that I could get the dogs put away before he got here. He came up to the house, looked at the garage door, told me he could fix it and went right to work. In short order he had replaced a few bad rollers, put them back on the track, straightened the track and got the door back in good working order. In short, a very professional, and thorough job. I would recommend The Garage Door Kings to everyone and would use them again without hesitation.
