Description of Work: reconditioned the metal garage door and replaced the rollers with new ultra quiet nylon ball bearing rollers. I also asked them to change the bottom seal on the door which they did at an additional charge which was very reasonable. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the Father and Son were very professional.

Description of Work: Our garage door was getting older and we wanted to update to Miami-Dade impact code..after searching here..I spoke to the father..who sent his son with papers..information and prices..we chose to go with Garage Door King.. After our HOA approved and the permits were filed and received..Mike the son..and another worker arrived the next day..installed the door and new motor within 2 hours..they were professional..clean and efficient..

Description of Work: Mike and his son came to our home to estimate the replacement of our garage door. During that time of estimate, his son fixed my garage door opener at no charge. It was missing a couple of bolts and it sounded terrible. They told me if I had problems they could repair or replace the opener as well. They gave us a very fair price and installed the door as promised. They are hard working and concerned about the job they do. I would highly recommend them. Nice family owned and operated.

Description of Work: My garage door would not go up and i called a couple places and this company was the cheapest. Mike answered and was at my house in 2hours. Very nice guy! He replaced the springs and oiled the garage door since it was making loud squeaky noises.Very professional will reccomend to my all my neighbors. Thanks again Mike!!
