STAINSAFE

Description of Work: I went through a furniture store and purchased a couch. The salesman Donovan convinced me to add protection on my microfiber and wood. for 7 year diamond membership for $160. All I had to do was submit the paperwork and with in 2 to 5 days someone would come out and clean my couch if there were spills-liquids, etc. I just had to file the claim.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 leather reclining sofas $1000 each from a furniture store and paid $200 for the warranty and was told that if anything happened to the sofa that the warranty company could not fix they would replace it. The leather started to tear at the corners of the seat. I called the warranty company and filed a claim on Aug 07. They said that they will have to replace that particular seat on the sofa and went ahead and ordered the part and said that the part will be shipped home. After I received the part I was to call Stainsafe and then they would send someone to fix it. I waited and waited. In Nov I called them and they said that they shipped it already.But I did not receive anything. After several calls back and forth finally in Jan 08 someone called form Stainsafe saying that I got approved to pick another sofa of equal or lesser value from the furniture store. They said I would get a letter and with that I can pick out a new sofa. I never got any letter.
