Robin was always professional, punctual and keenly paid attention to details to make the selling of my home so much easier. What she told us was always accurate and reliable. Robin worked h****** our behalf, and when we found our perfect home, she ensured we understood the closing process and costs. She had our best interest every step of the way. We never would have considered a short sale, but because of our confidence in Robin, we submitted an offer and closed within 2 months - in a market where the average short sale takes 4 to 6 months. We couldn't be happier. We share Robin's business card with anyone we meet who is in need of a home and sing her praises. We have never respected and trusted a real estate agent more. Robin is amazing!

Start to finish....and the process took almost a year, Robin was there every step of the way.

Robin listened to our "wish list", and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not meet the criteria. She responded to phone calls, e-mails, etc. immediately. Advised us re: paperwork, FL laws, requirements, etc. In short, a very professional, competent, conscientious agent and i highly recommednd her services.
