RJS built my custom home in Palm Beach Gardens. I couldn't be happier! From start to finish they walked me through everything and took the time to address my concerns. Ultimately I have a beautiful home I am proud of and a contractor I am happy to recommend.

We put a lot of trust in Rob and the team to build our second home down in Palm Beach Gardens, and boy did they deliver. There's nothing like having peace of mind when you're six states away, knowing that your home is being built exactly how you want it. 10/10 experience

We had such a great experience working with Rob and everybody at RJS. With their quick response time, attention to detail, and genuine care for things like staying within budget, moving us in before Christmas, etc., I recommend RJS to everybody. They helped us turn what was an eye sore into a beautiful, magazine-quality home and I could not be more grateful.

Very disappointed with how my wife and I were treated by the owner-Rob. Horrible behavior and treatment towards us as clients. We did a rather major remodeling of our home. The costs for specific items priced on the bid turned out to be far short of estimate ( bait and switch). The work was not completed on time per the contract though I did sign the completion document while noting that over a dozen of open issues existed. I mentioned the open items on a call with Rob. He later denied I did that ( even with the document noting such) and in essence called me a liar! Unbelievable. Then, as somewhat usual with these projects, l needed various contractors to come out and fix oversights. Rob wrote me and said I was the worst client he ever had in “34 years!”, for just wanting what I paid for! This after spending nearly $300,000 with them! I would never, ever work with someone of his personality. Read the other negative reviews.. you will see consistency in our comments! Our contact left RJS shortly after our project ended. We never received a courtesy call notifying of such as we were still coordinating follow ups. Typical service from owner.

Early in the build we noticed the home was not being built to plan or specs. We informed rob, he became very abusive and blamed us and his subs .from the wrong plumbing lines, not completing the insulation. Building the entry wrong to installing the kitchen island and top in the wrong location and size, installed the wrong plumbing fixtures and refuses to change,just to name a few items. Build is 5 months late, threatens us with his lawyer in almost every e-mail. Suggest pulling palm beach county court records as it appears to be a trend.

Based on recommendation by our real estate agent, we called Rob at RJS and wanted to get an estimate for a remodel. Left message once, no return call. Called a second time to try and connect. Had one phone call with Rob and he made many promises but never heard back from him. If you don't want to work on the project, please say so and not ignore calls. Very unprofessional. I suspect project was too small in scope for him to want to work on but I should at least have the courtesy of a call back telling me so.

We absolutely loved working with this company. They completed the project on time and very close to budget. The materials they used were excellent and they were very easy to work with. They cared about our satisfaction and worked to make sure we were happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
