Description of Work: Troy arrived on a Thursday & looked at the pool, put some chemicals in and said he would return that evening or the next evening to put some other chemicals in. He did not return. He called on Saturday to check the status and I informed him that the pool was still cloudy. He said he would probably stop by that evening but definitely on Monday. He did neither. I called him on Tuesday & informed him his services were no longer needed. Unfortunately, I paid him upfront $175. He did not offer to return any of it. For a business to be successful, one should keep their word. I felt he was just too busy to take on another client. And let me just warn those who plan on hiring him, do not pay upfront!
