Description of Work: Info on Angies list says they are open until 9PM. Their voicemail says they are open from 7am until 7pm. I was instructed to leave a message and that someone would call shortly after they opened. In other words they are non-responsive.

+ -1 moreThe repair man showed-up over an hour late. He didn't call. We only figured out what was going on after tracking him down. Very pleasant, but unable to help because he said our house locks were too commercial and beyond his expertise.

+ -1 moreSomeone stole my keys and having done that, stole my car, as well. My house key was on that key ring, so I was afraid of that person(s) coming into my home. The service technician came to my home within an hour of my initial call. He was friendly, played with my dog and gave me additional keys that I did not request. He was a true professional and I feel safe in my home once again. There is no price for that peace of mind.

He was professional, friendly and courteous. He made new keys, tested all of them and oiled the locks to make sure they would turn easily. I have put his number in my cell phone for future use.

Description of Work: Despite the fact that I had purchased the wrong replacement deadbolt for my door, and I told them on the phone that I had a wood door, when I had a metal door. The gentleman from Open Sezz Me Locksmith was a true gentleman. He understood I was flustered and confused, he treated me kindly, he found a piece from an old deadbolt in his van that fit my broken lock. He fixed my broken lock and made sure that my cat, who insisted on getting out the door, did not escape. What can I say? It's service like this that makes life a little better, that brings a smile to your face when you have no idea how to fix a problem. In addition, I had been quoted $45 for the service call, for a total of $85 with the actual service. He charged me only $45. I would recommend Open Sezz Me Locksmith wholeheartedly to anyone in need of a locksmith. Oh, and they showed up well within the window of time they estimated for the visit. A++

+ -1 moreI spent thirty minutes calling other companies on Angie's List before I found Open Sezz Me. Once I reached them, they quoted me an arrival time - 45 minutes - and a price. The technician arrived in 40 minutes and unlocked our access door in less than a minute. He had the invoice ready to save time. I wrote the check and the entire transaction took less than five minutes. The technician was very friendly, taking time to speak to our neighbor about services. I hope I never lock us out of the house again, but if I ever need a locksmith in the future, this will be the company I call and refer to others.

Description of Work: We used Open Sezz Me to make a new transponder key for our Ford after our daughter lost the last known key. They were incredibly quick to get to us after our call. The gentleman who came out was extremely professional and nice. He quickly pointed out that what we thought was a valet key was actually an unprogrammed transponder key. He was able to program it quickly, saving us lots of money. It is great to find a business who provides honest, quality, professional service. If we are ever in need of locksmith services, I know just who I will be calling.
