MDF Pressure Cleaning

He tried to get away from paying the screen company after he already got paid from home owner pretending to be a property management company. So im his wife also the accountant of his book keeping so I started calling him to get paid. Then he sexually harassed me asking for pictures of myself and meet him at a bar to get paid and buy me a drink! This is a very bad scam artist and police charges will be filed if his promise to pay today is not done again!

My wife contacted business owner, Mike Frins, to pressure wash our patio area in preparation for a birthday party. Frins met me at my residence to discuss the areas to be cleaned and price. While we talked in the street in front of my house he chewed tobacco and spit brown liquid periodically during our conversation, referring to this action as a "bad habit". I explained that we had guests arriving at 4:30 PM and he said he would need his guys done by 2 PM so the area could dry. He said the crew would arrive at 1 PM and asked for a payment of $75. I foolishly paid him before the work was to be done. 1 PM came and went and no crew arrived. We called Mike and he said they were about 30 minutes away. This time elapsed and no crew arrived. We called and he made an excuse about traffic delaying his crew. We had two more conversations by phone in which he continued to make excuses for the delay. When our first guests for the party arrived we called Mike and told him to cancel the job. He said he would rip up the check. The next week, we saw that the check had been cashed. My wife called and he would not answer. She called several times over the next week as well as texted - no response from Mike Frins. On Tuesday, May 20th, I called from my cell phone and he answered immediately. I asked him to refund my money, he agreed and went into some rambling statement about not "ducking someone over $75". I asked him why we hadn't taken my wife's calls or responded to her texts and he became hostile and said he "wasn't going to get into a debate" with me and he would put a company check in the amount of $75 in my mailbox before 2 PM that day. He never showed up and now that he knows my cell phone number, he will not take my calls.
