He promised me a cost replacement analysis 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it. He sent a general appraisal...which is not what I requested. I need this to obtain windstorm insurance and he is putting my property at risk. My insurance agent even sent him a sample cost appraisal analysis and I dont think he has a clue what it is or how to do . He also made me pay cash up front... will fight him and Angies list to get it back . Dont even consider this company Nothing but a con
