Description of Work: New concrete tile roof on an almost 4K square foot house, including new sheathing and underlayment. Roof looks amazing! I got bids from 4 other roofers (one of which said "this is too big of a job for my crew"), and Leo Premier Homes' quote was below all of them. Plus, their quote/contract used much higher quality supplies and methods. | |I would recommend them to anyone!
