Description of Work: LeAnn Longo was our sales agent from Keller Williams, and we could not have been happier with how she handled the sale of our home. Before we put the sign up, she went through the house and gave us suggestions as to what we should do to make it more attractive to sell. LeAnn provided a thorough analysis of the neighborhood, indicating recent sales and houses currently on the market and how they related to our house. Her recommended sale price was in line with where we thought we should be. The house was sold within a week to a couple with children who had been looking in the area for the past year, but had not acted quickly enough and lost the houses they were interested in. We had a few glitches when their house inspector noted potential problem areas that worried the buyers. This is where LeAnn's professionalism and calm demeanor was very helpful, working with the buyer's agent and us to go through each concern and resolve them to everyone's satisfaction. Selling (or buying) a home is an emotional experience, and there are bound to hiccups. Having an agent that is responsive, pragmatic and trustworthy is essential, and that is what we found in LeAnn. We have another property that we are preparing to sell, and there is no question that we will use LeAnn again.

Description of Work: After spending weeks going through real estate agents that were going to Spain or some other exotic vacation, or taking a week-end off (most of them take every week-end off) for Father’s Day is an excuse and that is one day as far as I know, having a four day Memorial week-end to use one day to recover from hang over and all of them suggesting I find something and bring it to them, really? That is how to be a successful realtor in South FL? I had given up on buying and was ready to rent. I lived in VA and could not get to FL to do my own leg work and since realtors apparently do not do that any longer I needed someone who wanted to actually work for a commission outside of doing paperwork that they actually have someone else do, so not certain what the other realtors that wanted me to “bring it to me” do to earn their commission, simply get a license? Sad. Then I accidentally found Sally on the last day before deciding to rent instead of buy. In 40 minutes on the phone she found 20 possible matches. She, and sometimes she talked her husband into going for more input for me, went out to see the properties. She gave me the link to view photos but then she took it upon herself to take better ones to send to me. I was amazed! She not only worked, she zeroed in on what I actually wanted. One time I put an offer in on a townhouse I was not as thrilled with but it did have all I wanted and after it was accepted I changed my mind. If Sally was upset with me I certainly did not know about it but if so could not blame her. She also worked out her busy calendar so a friend of mine living in FL could meet her to look at final decisions. The final outcome is a great townhouse. None of them have everything but this one comes very close and I am delighted with Sally . Sally knew I could not get down here to pick paint for the townhouse, it needed it before moving in, and although it is a personal decision she found the perfect color for me and the place looks 100 times better than when it was purchased.
