+ -1 moreFirst of all selling an existing home and then purchasing a new one is to say the least highly stressful. Real estate agents with constant voice mail, delays in returning calls, late for showings and appointments: little or no knowledge of the home and or community you are purchasing. are way to plentiful. Not so with Jon. He answered every cell phone call immediately and if on voice mail... returned the call within 5 to 10 minutes, not hours. He was on time for every meeting, every inspection etc. He is honest. He gives you the actual sq. ft. (under air) of what he lists or that you are buying! Jon Poulos works out of Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach Gardens. If you are looking to buy or sell in any of the many golf communities in the Gardens area, I highly recommend Jon Poulos.
Description of Work: Jon negotiated the sale of our existing home, through closing and the purchase through closing of our new home.
