+ -1 moreRecently I moved my law office on short notice. I found office space conveniently located but it was far from perfect. The layout, the décor, everything was wrong. It required serious remodeling, including new walls, to transform it to fit my needs and make it look like a law office. The team of Martha Andres and Jeff Peterson of GMD Construction were able to do that in just under a month without sacrificing quality. In addition, their valuable input and expertise made the process go smoothly as I really relied on them when faced with the many decisions a remodeling can bring. They and their team worked tirelessly to make this space into the law office I imagined. It truly was a pleasurable experience working with GMD and their level of professionalism is beyond compare. They did what they said and completed it as promised. I have been in the space several months now and couldn?t be happier. Additionally, everyone that comes to the new office raves about the way it looks ? if only they saw the before! I highly recommend GMD Construction.

If you do not have your own building plans you can choose from several of our own models we have generated and refined over the years.We can also direct you to Architects and design professionals we have an established relationship with should you require a more personalized custom design service. While we prefer to do new projects from the ground up, we will entertain remodeling projects on a select basis.
We do not offer in house financing services. We can direct you to area lenders that may be able to help with project financing
