+ 0 moreThey just finished they're work today and it looks great. It looks great. I think i referenced then and I searched for them through Angie's list. I found them through you guys and hired them and they have seemed to do a really good job. They did a great job. They responded right away. I just called them for a quote. They came right out gave me the quote and then he was available today to do it. So I said "yeah, let's do it" and I just came home from work and it looks great. I would recommend them. I wasn't home. I buzzed them into the gate and they did the work. My neighbor kind of watched over them for me. It was perfect, there was nothing left behind and the place looked really clean.
Description of Work: The put brand new gutters in for me.

+ -1 moreWe would not waste your time by reporting if we were not totally and completely pleased from the first encounter with part owner and estimator Allen Ortiz to the two professional installers who arrived early and completed the work in two hours leaving nothing behind except one small scrap we found and tossed in the trash. There are so many competitors in this field, it was well worth the time to get estimates and select what we believe is a great representative of the industry, Xpress Seamless Gutters. Not only was the work done beautifully, but to our amazement the color of the down spouts we selected ONLINE perfectly and exactly matched our new main house paint color. Stunning results. Further we like the larger than usual wide downspout. Very soon after the installation we experienced a typical Florida downpour. Because Xpress gutters also provided downspout extensions on to our lawn, all runoff was managed as we had hoped.
Description of Work: Replaced 24 year old gutter system. Entire one story house.

+ -1 moreAllen came out provided a very competitive quote for the job. Explained what he would recommend to be done in other areas. When questioned how long until he could do the job he gave me an approximate date and they stuck to the date called a few days ahead of time to come and do the work. Job was completed by two crew members in about 3 hours, they were both very polite and professional. Set up with no issues, cleaned up the yard. They used a blower to be sure they had cleaned the driveway of any small debris particles from the cutting of the gutters and downspouts. Walked the entire job after completion to be sure i was satisfied. I would highly recommend contacting them for a quote. If we need any further work will definitely call them. I spread the word to the neighbors as well how satisfied we were with the work.

+ -1 moreAllen was very nice I have no problem with him. The rub came when you find out there is a minimum charge of 295.00 no where does it say that. The wok that was done SOULD have cost no more than $100.00 as it was very minor repair. Also I wanted to pay with my credit card I was then told it would be an additional 3% to do so. No where does it say that. I feel I was taken advantage of. Allen portrays himself as just the representative but I suspect he is the owner

Description of Work: Replaced gutters on one side of house, installed 2 downspouts, & cleaned out another gutter. I was very please with the work, and he was able to do it very quickly. I did not detract from his "grade", but he did not show up for the first appointment to give me an estimate, and did not call. I called him the next day and found out that his vehicle was in the shop. This is understandable, but wish he would have called me. Also I spoke to him on a Friday and he said he could do the work on Mon. or Tues.and was supposed to call me on Mon. to confirm the date & time. He did not call on Monday, but he did show up Tues. afternoon to do the work. Again, a minor thing, but I would have appreciated a call on Mon. Since I did not know for sure he was coming on Tues., I had not made plans to be there...But he did the work anyway and said to just mail him a check. So I guess I can't ask for anything better than that! He's honest & trustworthy and does excellent work, just not detail oriented I guess. Also his address is listed as Palm Beach Gardens on Angie's List, but he seems to be out of Port St. Lucie. Again a minor detail, but his listing should be updated. He probably doesn't have the secretarial help to keep up with these details, so I still gave him A's across the board. I would recommend him, and would use him again.

+ -1 moreI had called about 2 months ago and received a very fair estimate. I was also having my house painted, and that work needed to be completed first. My HOA took some time to grant approval. Once they did I called to schedule. Within two days they came to match the gutters with my new house paint colors. I could not be happier with the match. the next day they installed the new gutters. They were very professional. They came exactly on time. Took great care to listen to what I expected and wanted. They gutters look great, and function perfectly. I purchased a new home 8 months ago and have hired about a dozen contractors since. This was the best experience I have had.
