+ -1 moreI don't believe an overall comment deals with the problem we had with this company. I would warn people to avoid this company if they are looking for complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Thsi company advertises that they guarantee satisfaction. This is false. In our case once the work was completed and they were paid they continued to ignore are calls for service.

+ -1 moreOverall this company lies and they could care less if you are happy with them. They are AROGENT and Stupid, they treat you like you are Stupid. In the strongest Terms I can think of I would tell everybody never to do business with GREENWISE. They are not too WISE!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Greenwise owner Mathiew cam to our house 3 times to measure and get our ideas.This is a 6 stage job, 1st phase was the front of our house. We asked if we could use our existing treanet plants in front of a fence that will be built in a few weeks, and too replant a large foxtail palm that they would replace with a Bismark Palm, His reply was of course. Well here is what went down, the contract that he wrote up was for 2 large trees and several plants that we already have. ( we trusted Mathiew would do what he promised verbally ) When his crew arrived very late in the day they started to pull our plants out of the ground which killed them instantly. I called Mathiew up but he is NO WERE to be found, I explained to his brother in law what he promised, his reply was the day of the handshake is over, This means that Mathiew goes around and can promise the world and not deliver anything. I said what SENSE does it make to kill my plants and replace them with the same plants only smaller. My plants were to be replanted, they were very adamant that it was NOT going to happen. I told them to pack up their plants and get out. The next day I went to their office to talk to Mathiew, he would not talk to me , his family delt with me, they prepared a new slip that said no refunds on deposits, the original does not say this. I wanted them to come back and replant a tree that they removed and plant the original palm that I purchased from them. I asked them how much to plant my foxtail that they removed?? They called Mathiew he replied $ 175.00 per tree, Greenwise advertises palm tree installation for $35.00 ) their answer is installation does not include digging of the hole. I told them I would dig the holes. Here is the bottom line, ( I have $ 10,000-$12,000 ) More work too doo I will NEVER doooooo not $1.00 more business with thi company. They are AROGENT, STUPID & they just do not Care if you are HAPPY.

+ 0 moreGreenwise Landscape Management made a lot of promises but was short on delivery. We had used the company for years before the current owners took over. The quality and timeliness of work being performed was significantly lacking and therefore we decided to terminate our business relationship. My wife was yelled at over the phone by the current owner who would not listen to our reasoning or honor our stated desire to end the relationship in a civil manner. Following this termination, they sent us a bill out of the blue for a series of tasks that may or may not have been performed, but certainly were never contracted or agreed to ahead of time. Since we did not want or authorize the work to be done and could not even verify that it was actually performed, we refused to pay the exhorbitant amount sent in the resulting invoice. When I communicated to them on the phone that we would not pay these unauthorized charges, the owner became extremely angry and beligerant. After several months of no communication, they left us a voicemail threatening to place a lien on our home and are not accepting or returning phone calls to discuss it.
Description of Work: The current owners took over our account when they acquired the company. The agreement was for lawn maintenance at a monthly charge of $220. Any additional work to be performed was to be discussed and contracted ahead of time.
