Received a phone call within a few hours after I purchased the Angies deal to follow up and set up appointment. Came out when it was convenient for us and did work quickly and efficiently. I was amazed how much dust/lint came out the dryer duct after I lived there for 5 years (always keep filter clean). No sales pressure, just advice on what to improve / add for the future.

Greg called be back prompty and we worked out a time the same day. My dryer was not drying at all and had all the symptoms of a clogged dryer vent. When he arrived, he gave us an estimate higher than I thought, but after he explained the breakdown of the charges, it was reasonable. The problem was solved and the dryer is running fine now. Greg was very efficient and thorough in removing the serious and nasty clog in our dryer vent. He used his state of the art tools to properly solve our problem. He also removed water in our dryer that had built up from the inability for our vent to drain. He vacuumed out and up the mess from the clogged vent. We purchased a dryer vent alarm. This way we can prevent this problem from occurring again.He was neat and courteous. He then followed up with us the next day to see if we were pleased with the results. Our dryer has never worked better! I have never had a dryer work this well! We will use Greg yearly to prevent this situation from ever occurring again.

My clothes dryer was overheating and cutting off before my clothes were dry. But more important, I was concerned about the possibility of a dryer fire. I contacted Mr. Clark of Green Home Dryer Vent Cleaning on a Thursday and he made arrangements to do the job the very next morning. It was a difficult job in that the washer and dryer are the large Whirlpool Duet model and located in a confined space behind sliding mirrored doors in the first floor powder room. The door to the half bath and the sliding mirrored doors had to be removed and the washing machine pulled out to gain access to the dryer vent, which is behind the washing machine. Mr. Clark did an excellent job. He is very professional and knowledgable and carefully explained everything to me. I was astonished to see the amount of lint he removed and equally impressed with his updated equipment. Mr. Clark replaced all of the doors carefully and left everything neat and clean. I made arrangements for him to sevice the dryer vent periodically. In addition he will be coming back to replace my old washing machine hoses. I can highly recommend him to anyone in need of service for their dryer vent.

It went very well from start to finish. Greg arrived promptly at the schedule time and left everything properly repositioned in a clean area.

Everything went fine overall. He did come later than the scheduled time, but he called in advance of the scheduled time and said he had an emergency. He explained that someone's dryer had caught on fire. He did come after he had completed the other job and the timing worked out OK for me.

Appreciated the very prompt service. My dryer vents desperately needed cleaning after many years of neglect. He tested the dryer, which was heating up to 280 degrees! When he was done, there was a huge pile of thick lint material removed and the dryer temp was back down to the low 200s. I feel very relieved now knowing things were cleared out and now I don't have to worry about fire, and will have a dryer that works more efficiently. He also replaced the plastic vent tubing and clamps that go from the dryer to the wall with high quality metal ones.Highly recommend the service.

Greg arrived on time. He inspected and cleaned the vent system. He recommended replacement of the duct with an improved UL approved duct and right angle fitting. He installed the new duct and checked the operation of the dryer. He cleaned up. All in all a very good job.

I ended up spending more than the original coupon offer from Angie's List, but compared to what could have happened, Greg saved me a lot of money in saving my laundry room or the potential for a fire. His service is well worth it! If you want to fully understand all of the details associated with your dryer and the dryer duct (and what can happen if you don't do this on an annual basis) you need to hire Greg. He REALLY understands this service and will do a great job for you. I plan on using Greg on a regular basis. If you do a lot of laundry (like I do) you need to do this service on an annual basis and not wait 20 years like the original owners of the house did.

Greg Clark was very professional and explained everything that he was doing from start to finish. He arrived as scheduled, explained in detail everything that he would do and proceeded to evaluate and clean our dryer vent system quickly and efficiently. As you can imagine, opening up a dryer vent is asking for trouble in the form of lint and dust. Greg cleaned everything up and our laundry room was left sparkling! He also recommended the Lint Alert System which we purchased and he installed immediately. We were expecting delivery of a new dryer within 3 days of his visit, so he changed out the current connectors for ones that took up less space and work more efficiently.
