+ -1 moreGood family business that does good work, plus they spent extra time on odd jobs that were overlooked on my home inspection. I was a bit critical of their communication & professionalism, but they take care of you and know what they're doing. Just set clear expectations so they're in agreement with: daily scheduling, status updates, designated places for smoke/drink breaks, and cleanup.
Description of Work: Repaired Garage ceiling, Fixed dryer vent leak in attic, restored windowsills, interior & exterior painting, filled & plastered big hole in wall behind washer, wind striped & replaced door hinges, put fresh caulk around windows and shower, and other odd jobs.
