They were a no call no show two separately scheduled days in a row. TWO MONTHS LATER I They bill a $95 fee for a missed service in my property management account. When I tried to reason with them, they told me they knocked once, sat in front of the house for an hour (Without calling anyone apparently) and that I will not be refunded. They never offered to reschedule or remedy the situation in any way. I told him that I was going to leave an internet review regarding this situation and he called me an %^#hole and told me he's going to sue me for slander. Then he said "Okay @$$hole it's on!" and started asking where I was at. Pictures below show the text conversation. Prior work where these men were in my house they were rude and did everything In a hurry. CAUTION!! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR ELECTRIC SERVICES!!

The owner of DCS, Doug, showed up within an hour when my plumber (Buckeye) called him to assess the electrical load that a new water heater could handle in the condo I just bought. Doug provided his professional assessment at no charge that the existing water heater could not be replaced with a tankless system because the existing wiring would not provide enough electrical power. He also inspected the circuit breaker box at no charge and agreed with me that it had code violations and needed to be replaced. Doug sent his employee Leon out the next day to replace the entire circuit box and completely rewire it. Leon worked from 9:00am until about 2:00pm. The county inspector approved the work and Leon and I tested all the outlets and lights and marked the switches in the box. The new box looks perfect. DCS charged me $1,500 which is the standard price for replacing a circuit breaker box in Palm Beach County. Leon also installed a shut-off switch for the new water heater to be installed at no charge. DCS is fantastic!

Acting as my own general contractor for this project, DCS was very helpful guided me through the process after understand what I want from my new shop and how I wanted it to function. They prepared electrical plans to be summited for my permits that where flawless. Their knowledge of local codes and potential issues solved many potential problems before than happened. This alone was a big savings in time and money. Being that the electrical work need to be done in phases, DCS work with my other contractors to keep the project on time and never missed an appointment or finishing the work needed so other could move ahead. As in any project there will be changes, DCS handle these with thoughtful thinking and professionalism. The finish shop is better then what I had envisioned and pass all inspections. The best part it came in under budget. While you may not be need an electrician to power a new build, DSC can handle everything from a new outlet to upgrading your service, all with solid advice, punctuality and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I was completely impressed with everything about DCS Electric--from start to finish. They showed up every scheduled day on time. The work area was neat and clean every evening when they left. They worked tirelessly so I could start using my new kitchen ASAP! They moved outlets, added outlets, did tons of re-wiring and added new wiring so everything would be easily accessible. I knew generally what I wanted, but Corey from DCS was able to show me the latest technology that was even better than what I had picked out! He was more than happy to do exactly what I asked, but he wanted to make sure I was aware of the other options. And I was ever so grateful! The recessed and specialty lighting DCS installed looks incredible, and it's all energy-saving materials--suggested by Corey! The guys at DCS truly know what they are doing, work to the highest standards, and are current with "green energy ", money-saving technology. We have already scheduled DCS for our next major project--the master bath remodel! I can't wait!

Doug was very professional and knowledgeable about my problems. He had his crew out the same day and had my new breaker panel installed very quickly. DCS Electric took care of my problems the first time haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend using DCS to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgeable electrician.

DCS electric came out and gave me an estimate to remove and replace all the lights in my shop. I liked the price and we scheduled a time to do the job. They showed up on time and did the job in one day. When they were done they cleaned up like they were never there.

Technician arrived at promised time, he was courteous and professional. He had all materials with him. Completed the job in a timely fashion. I have used this company multiple times, and will again, they always respond promptly .

I have used DCS a few times. They are always prompt when we call. They really know what to look for and what they are doing.. they are great to let me know what's going on and I never worry about being over-billed. Their prices always seem fair and reasonable for the amount of work they do and the time they are here. They knew we were concerned about our gate and security system being down and they came out as soon as we called. They even came in and fixed a lose outlet in a bedroom with the same importance !!
