Description of Work: Painted several rooms. Replaced light fixture in bathroom. Replaced one outlet. Was suppossed to do much more work. Gave an estimate of three days to paint - took five. Did not show up for work on Friday as scheduled. Charged for day he did not work, was mistakenly paid, and will not refund monies. Did not use dropclothes when painting. Took over 28 hours of handscrubbing floors to remove paint and not done yet. Now need to handsrape grout. Said he needed to be paid to clean up mess he had created. Finally said he would pay for cleanup but refusing to pay now. On the first day he used wrong paint on walls until I noticed and corrected him ( there was only one other paint for trim). I should have let him go then and there. He also talked about how previous customers refused to pay him - now I know why. He used to work for HandyMan connection and had done acceptable work for me before through them. Now on his own.
