I called them late in the day and David came out early next morning to inspect what I thought was a roof leak. He very graciously took a video and showed me that he didn’t see any signs of roof leaks and my water damage was probably from AC ductwork instead. David was very kind and professional and I’ll definitely call him back for any of my roofing needs in the future!

This was the second roof leak that I used Builders of America. David had previously told me that the chemical treatment I had used for years to clean my roof tiles had caused the problem in both areas. David was punctual and explained what was involved for the repair. The repair was completed. At each step I was provided photographs of the area being repaired. The photographs showed the damage as well the repair. Upon completion the repaired area could not be identified from the entire roof.

David R. is a true example of a professional! He answers calls promptly, arrives as promised, explains his work, does a quality job and charges a fair price. Plus, he does all of this with a most pleasing personality! I have a tile roof and a section of flat roof also. In the past five years, he has done repairs, routine maintenance, cleaning and he even rodent proofed for me. I highly recommend David and his work - you will not be disappointed.

David showed up the same day I called to give an estimate. He crawled into my attic and had another guy on the roof. His schedule allowed him to perform service the same week. I had been waiting almost 4 weeks on another roofer. Builders of America got right to work and had the job completed quickly. I was shown photos of the steps as they went along, which I really appreciated to see how bad my roof's tar paper had become. I'm very happy with the entire process of dealing with David and his team. I would hire again.
