This company demanded a LARGE (75%) deposit check to begin work on our back deck and driveway. That should have been warning sign number 1. Then, before work was complete, Shay decided that AAA Pavers could change the terms of the agreement and DEMAND payment in full prior to completion. For some reason they thought that they would get it. Maybe they thought they had our backs against a wall. But, when we told them in no uncertain terms, "No," they walked off of the job. They had completed terrible work on the backyard; so, there was no way that I was going to pay them in full and pray that their work would improve. Sorry, gentlemen; but no one should have to bear your strong-arm business methods and shoddy workmanship .
