Worst install experience I have ever had. After paying for the install in full, we had an outage and discovered the generator was wired incorrectly to work with our existing solar equipment. The owner, John Andio, wanted an additional $2k to fix it. Absolute joke of a company that doesn't stand behind their work. They also failed multiple inspections during the install and blamed the inspector. Again, joke of a company and bigger joke of an owner that has zero accountability. Just wants to pump out installs and collect checks. I ended up paying my own electrician to fix the wiring because I didn't want any of John's incompetent electricians anywhere near the equipment.

The entire job went like clockwork. Office staff took care of permits and installers were here when we were told. From install to final inspection was 5 weeks. AMAZING in covid times. Jared Oberg, lead installer, did a fantastic job. The day of the final inspection he gave us an excellent tutorial going into whatever detail we requested. In addition I want to emphasize the fact that 1Stop took care of all permits and inspection scheduling, which takes a tremendous burden off the home owner.

I have had a lot of major projects done in my homes over the years and 1 Stop is one of the best firms I have ever worked with. They made a complicated project paint-by-numbers with clear communications every step of the way and an accurate budget that they came under. I was given a full roster of contact names at the start and had different players come in as needed for each stage. They managed all the details to get HOA approval and had a solid working relationship with our town building department to get sign off without a glitch. Great experience!

They called and told us that it would be mid- August before they could give us an estimate and that the installation couldn’t be until 2021. At least she was honest.

Do NOT hire these people. They installed the generator wrong. (They will tell you they did it right.) Generac reprimanded them. Costs were above what they said they would be. Install took forever. They placed the generator in the wrong place. How do we know? Exhaust from the generator seeps into the house. (They say they followed code so it is not their problem. This says they do not know what they are doing.) Thank God we had CO2 detectors or we could have died! Do not hire them!

Meet both owner Jon Andio and Jeniffer Weigel shortly after moving into my new home in Delray Beach. Both were extremely professional. After obtaining prices from two other large local contractors, 1 Stop gave me the best deal (which was several thousand dollars less than the other two quotes). The installation went smoothly and they did everything Jon and Jeniffer said they would. Their technicians were professional and neat and on time for appointments. I understand that 1 Stop subsequently installed more than 70 other generators in my community with no other company coming close to that number. As an example of how 1 Stop feels about their customers, immediately after hurricane URMA, Jon personally visited every installation in my community to insure that the units were running properly and that the oil levels were appropriate. I could not be more please with the way the installation went and their ongoing service. You are in good hands with this family run generator company.

I give this company a 5 star rating. Jen Weigel was my sales person who is very knowledgeable. She carries with her a binder containing county and city codes. She knows what she is talking about. I had 3 quotes done. The first was through Home Depot, that person told me that I didn’t have enough room for the generator and a 500 gal. propane tank. The 2nd quote, the sales person thought I had room, but price was outrageous. $2500.00 more than 1StopGeneratorShop, with a smaller sized Kw. Jen knew that I had room and was the best price as well. I felt totally confident with her evaluation and I committed with 1StopGeneratorShop. This shop does everything for you. Permits, HOA request for approval forms, sub-contracting the excavation for the propane tank and propane hook-up. Once the generator was set, Hi-Tech Gas Contractor, Corp. bored under my 2 pad driveway to be able to get to the generator. DC Contractors did the excavation for the propane tank and dug trenches to the generator. My yard was a mess, but when there were done, my yard was perfectly clean, just waiting for sod to be replaced. That happened within the next 2 days! The entire staff at these 3 companies are professional and friendly. Thank-you Jennifer, Julianne, Veronica, Lacy, Nikki, Charmin, and Grace. 8/22 – Wed. Generator was set by 1StopGereratorShop 9/8 – Saturday -Tech Gas dug a trench approx. 8 ft long by 2 ft wide and 2 ft deep to be able to put in the hydraulic hole borer, which bored a hole under the driveway to insert the gas line pipes. 9/9 – Sunday, hole was bored. 9/14 – Friday DC Contractors dug hole for the 500 gal propane tank. 1st County Inspection happened, then DC Contractors backfilled everything and made my yard look like nothing happened, except needing sod. 9/15 – Sat. – Hi-Tech Gas came to do the final gas hook-up 9/16- Sunday- 1StopGenerator came to re-sod. 9/17 – Monday- Final gas inspection 10/05 – Friday – Electrical was done by 1StopGenerator and by 10/17 the final electrical inspection was completed.
