Description of Work: Run Dishonest. They don't disclose that they are a realty, mortgage and title co, all owned by the same company. Mortgage fraud. Ruined credit so that you can't qualify and then try and upsale you to a private lender at a high interest rate. Bait and switched. The mortgage representative and real estate agent were very unprofessional and unresponsive. I would never send anyone to Weichert. I have purchased several homes and investment properties and I have never been so happy for a offer to fall apart so I don't have to work with this company. I have never been spoken to in a more rude and demeaning manner. He kept saying over and over that the action of his employees were not illegal, they just have bad personalities. I don't know if that is completely true. You have choices run from Hallmark properties and find a realtor with integrity. |

Description of Work: Roger Daveluy, Realtor started working with us in December 2014, and continued until February 2015. He negotiated a deal on our new home, helped us by recommending a home inspector, and termite inspector, and even helped us with making our new home move-in ready. The home did have termites, and they were immediately taken care of, as well as the backed-up pipes. We did not close until the home was ready for us to move in.
