Patty, one of the owners, had such a bitchy attitude and blamed me for them doing a lousy job leaving a bunch of debris still in my pool after charging me $125 for vacuuming and chemicals. She was more concerned with getting a new account than doing a good job!

I also use them every week; they are my pool people. They do a wonderful job.

It's $85. I have a small pool so it's less than it normally is. I would use them again in the future.

I'm very pleased with them. I'd definitely give them the best. I'd give them A for everything. I've had them for 12 years. I pay them a monthly fee.

I also had them resurface the pool. They do a wonderful job. They charged $6,000 for the pool resurfacing. I pay $100 monthly for the weekly pool service.

When moving to Florida, we knew nobody. Finding good service people is very difficult, when you move to a new place. After purchasing our home, we needed someone to take care of the pool. I had seen some other companies work, however, they did not impress me. We live in a guard gated community, so I asked the guard at the front gate if they knew of some reputable service people for the pool. They suggested WCYP. I am so thankful to have found them. They are the best pool company I could have asked for. They have resolved many small issues with our older pool. They have given us superb service. I can't imagine dealing with anyone else! Five star rating!

We love Patty and Jeff. Always on time, friendly, and polite. Great communication. If for some reason they are unable to make it on your days, they reschedule that same week and give you plenty of notice. Very professional.

Went brilliantly from start to finish. Obviously with all remodelling - a small or large project - communication is the key. Patty and Geoff (owners) were exemplary. Any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Calls we're returned within minutes in most instances. Very calming, when I thought the choice of plaster in pool was too bright they assured me it would be fine, going from a subtle sea green to sky blue was dramatic when no water in the pool!!!! They were right. I did nothing but choose tiles and finishes and sat back and watched Patty and Geoff contact the relevant craftsmen. I am delighted with my new pool. WCYP also maintain the pool on a weekly basis to a high standard.

We have reviewed W.C.Y.P. one time before based on the repairs they provided for pool equipment. Due to our good experience in that regard we recently hired them to resurface and retile our pool. The job took about 6 days and crew members were there every day working. They were very polite and took care to clean up each day before leaving. We had one small hiccup with the tile installation, but once we brought it to their attention it was resolved by the end of the day. Misunderstandings do happen, but how you respond to a situation is what matters most to us and they responded quickly and professionally. The tile is beautiful and the plaster looks equally as nice. W.C.Y.P. did a great job and we are very pleased with our remodeled pool. The owners, Jeff and Patty are great to work with and eager to be helpful. One thing I would like to mention - another reviewer had a bad experience with W.C.Y.P. In that review he / she mentioned that W.C.Y.P. sent a man who appeared to be in his 60's. I believe that person may have been referring to Larry, who likely is a senior citizen and who worked on our pool. He may be an older gentleman, but he is an extremely hard worker and did a good job for us.

WCYP is professional and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep my pool and pool equipment in working order. My pool is beautiful because of them. If there is a problem, I just give them a buzz and they call me right back. I have NEVER had an issue with them. Patty and Jeff are wonderful and I recommend this company highly!

I have called W.C.Y.P. (Who Cleans Your Pool) twice for issues with my pool. The first time our pool light wasn't working. The second time (most recently) we had problems with our filtering system. Jeff has been our service tech each time. He is extremely knowledgeable about pools and doesn't mind answering lots of questions! Patty works in the office and she is wonderful trying to set up an appointment at your convenience. W.C.Y.P. does no advertising, but relies on their customers to recommend them to others. I will always support this small business and would encourage anyone looking for a pool company to do the same! In addition to repairs, W.C.Y.P. resurfaces pools, replaces tile and they provide a regular cleaning service too. They are honest, reputable and their fees are reasonable. I recommend giving them a call!

By far and away, this was the WORST experience I have ever had with a company! The company representative (Patty) came out to evaluate the pool and indicated that an acid wash for $600 should be able to restore the pool. She said the work could be done within a couple of days and took a $300.00 check for a deposit. She talked about a mile a minute telling me what a great company Who Cleans Your Pool is. After she left, she called to say that maybe the pool could not be resored with an acid wash, and it might need to be resurfaced. She said that her pool tech would drain some water out of the pool and would test the acid wash to see if the pool could be fixed that way or if a more expensive refinishing of the surface would be necessary. Well, when her employee came to do the work I was shocked. First of all, the company sent a man who looked to be in his late 60's, who was stooped, bent over and had obvious difficulty walking. The equipment he brought looked pretty shoddy, as it took him about 30 tries to get his generator going, and I noticed that the hoses were taped together. Beyond that, he drained most of the water out of the pool, not just enough to see if an acid wash would work! After starting to pour acid on the surface of the pool (and he got some on the pool deck as well), he said that the pool could not be fixed with an acid wash, and needed to be resurfaced. I was very uncomfortable with the workmanship, and the fact that he seemed to have no idea that Patty said only a small amount of water was going to be drained to test the acid wash. When I spoke to Patty about this she said she was shocked that only 1 elderly man came to the job site becuase usually his sons go with him to do the work. Therefore, I told him to stop work until I could decide what should happen next. It seemed like I had been a and quot;bait and switchand quot; victim - they lured me in with a relatively inexpensive quote for work that was never going to be sufficient and expected me to then hire them to do the more expensive job of refinishing the pool. Well, what happened next was a nightmare. I brought in 3 other pool resurfacing companies to get estimates for the repairs. I learned from them that my pool should NEVER have been acid washed, as it is an old pool and the acid would further weaken the plaster. Moreover, the companies that gave me an estimate indicated that the Who Cleans Your Pool made a huge mistake by draining so much water out of the pool that it was in danger of popping out of the ground. They said WCYP also should have pulled the drain from the pool to make sure the pool didn't pop out of the ground, but that hadn't been done. Consequently, I had to pay a lot of money to put enough water back into the pool to keep it from rising above ground level, at least until I could make arrangements for additional work to be done. I voiced my concerns with Patty, who initially said she would give a full refund of the $300.00 that had been paid because the company left the pool in worse condition than it had originally been in. However, she said she would not issue the refund until the deposit check cleared. I wish I would have stopped payment on that check because when I got the refund check it was only for $150.00! I called Patty to ask why only 1/2 the money had been returned and she said that's all the owner would authorize. I told her she should have contacted me to say that only 1/2 the check would be refunded when she said the full amount would be. She got defensive and hung up on me when I told her that I would be writing a negative review on Angie's list. Then she had the owner call me who gave me the same line of garbage. I cannot strongly enough recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. I would never ever do business with them again.
