+ -1 moreWe called them on August 11 to set up a time for them to come and see what we needed to have done to get our lawn back in its previous beautiful condition. The owner would have liked to come out on 8/12 in late evening but that wouldn't work for us so we made it for August 13 after they finished work for the day. They were a no-show with no explanation. No phone call to let us know they wouldn't be here or to reschedule the visit. We have hired another service for our lawn maintenance.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. We are not usually home when they come and do our lawn. One time, I was and my husband wants something done and had the chance to talk to them. I just went outside and met them for the first time. They took care of things right that day. They have the time. They have been very helpful. I have a lot of questions about how to take care of certain plants. They are very informative.
Description of Work: Our lawn people, it's called U and I. It's a husband and wife and they come and do our lawn. They come in the summer like every other week. They looked at my grass.

+ -1 moreI terminated my service with them because I was not happy with them. We had them for about three months and their cutting was fine but their edging and trimming was poor. I told them about it one time and they did not get any better so I told them, "Do not come back." But their price was okay.
Description of Work: The last time that I used U and I was in March for cutting, edging and trimming our lawn.
