- Nick and his crew were on time, quite amiable. Asked if I minded weekend work, which I didn't. They took down tw o pa on trees a nd two full grown pine trees t hat were sick. The crew is a well oiled machine. Trees come do w n, get cut smaller, moved to front, part of yard cleaned well, move on t o next tree. In front yard, crew loading tree onto truck. It is a constant sense of movement...I was quite impressed with it. They cleaned up after themselves a nd were gone. Would definitely hire again....

At first we had contiplated cutting down one of our older oaks. Terri explained her responsibilities to advise us that the tree posed a hazard to our house due to its proximity closeness to our home and the fact there appears to be tree rot approximately 3ft from the ground up, but we decided not to cut it down and see if it could recover from this fungal growth. The tree was thinned out substantially to reduce the hazard if it did indeed fall towards our house.
The other remaining trees were thinned out and the crew was professional and left no evidence of being there. I know feel better prepared for this years hurrican season. We love our trees and we feel Terri and the rest of the crew did an excellent job on them. Price was reasonable considering the level of danger climbing up into these tall oaks. No damage occured to any of our structures.

We carry insurance that actually covers tree care professionals, (not landscapers under landscaping code which cost much less). Additionally, we carry workers compensation to protect our employees and home owners if an accident should ever occur. Many home owners do not realize they are liable if they hire a contractor without workers comp and someone is injured while working on their property. These insurances are expensive, but worth it. Tree Service Express had come to give an estimate for the removal
of a large oak tree that was in close proximity to my house and side yard with
fence, also to grind the stump and removal of debris.
The crew showed up on the scheduled date and
immediately began the process of removal; the crew consisted of 3 men, 1
climber & 2 ground crew. The climber
had more than 20 years of experience. It was amazing how accurate the climber
was able to place the limbs and trunks with precision and never hit the house
or fence in any way. Meanwhile as limbs
and debris were falling the ground crew
immediately picked up and hauled the debris away to an awaiting truck. From start to finish they were professionals.
In my estimation I would definitely recommend Tree
Service Express for any future projects, they were courteous,
knowledgeable and professional in every phase of the job.
