Troy showed up on time, showed me how to deal with the pool pump and lines. Showed me the correct chemicals for the pool and how they all had to be in line to support each other to have a clean and beautiful pool. He added the chemicals, and within minutes the pool was already changing from algae green to a soft blue turning back to normal in front of my eyes. He marked my pool lines to show me how to back flush correctly and how to remove water when it rains and floods the pool. All my questions and concerns were answered better than the numerous times I have gone to any pool store. Thank you both. After two days the pool was still cloudy. I sent a picture to Jodie and asked her what I should do. She text me that either she or Troy would stop by and look and get back to me. A week later still no word. I text her and she told me she had no idea what I was talking about. I resent her text, showing her I didn't misunderstand anything. Then she was sorry, but I took a sample to Ace hardware and got my answer. I told her she was more interested in $$ and not interested in helping people. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT EVEN AFTER REQUESTING ONE. I won't call them again.
