Description of Work: Just had Heat/AC repaired cost $1,306.00 called spencer no response, called in Service Experts, checking the system he asked who did the last service which was Spencer, he informed me they did not put the caps on the ports for testing gaging and charging the freon level, and one valve leaked losing all refrigant. 17 lbs of refrigant later system is working again.
