+ -1 moreOwner Thomas Burns was okay initially but, while working, became irritable with underlying hostility and a bad attitude. Yelled ( at no one in particular), while working. Seemed very frustrated and angry. Very unprofessional. Claimed everything was a "fire hazard" (fishing for more work/money).
Description of Work: replaced breaker box/breakers (new installation); replaced outside disconnect breaker/box

+ -1 moreHis name was Tom. He did a good job. He came in when he was supposed to and he checked out everything he was supposed to. We were pleased with that.
Description of Work: We used Southland Electric because our hot water heater was tripping the circuit breaker.
