As I said the work itself was excellent, however when we had an issue and suspended our service for a few months that is where the problem began. I will say that yes we fell behind in our monthly payments after being laid off from work. Once I was working again I contacted them to resume our services and paid all the money owed. After that he said that they would be back that weekend to mow the yard. That was the last time I ever saw them, they never came back and will not answer my calls. At this point even to have them answer and say we are not coming would have been more professional then not contacting me at all. I would not suggest them to anyone at this point. ***Update to Review 2/20/2014*** Hello as mentioned in my review I did confirm that we fell on hard times and did miss payments which is when we agreed to suspend our services till the payments were caught up. Though once the payments were caught up Craig and I agreed that he would be back to mow the yard that weekend.. At that time I would have provided the payment up front but he never came back nor has anyone accepted any of the phone calls I made trying to resolve this problem. At this time we have already found another solution for our needs. I wish you well, but just wanted to clarify what my understanding was compared to your understanding.
