Description of Work: I highly recommend Sean Downs Painting - he is a true 5-star contractor. |After reviewing local painting contractors on Angie's List, I had pretty much made up my mind to use Sean Downs Painting for painting the exterior of my house. I did however obtain a bid from the #2 in reviews whom came in less expensive. After deliberation, I had greater confidence that Sean Downs would do the excellent job I demand along with quality products: and did they ever! From all of the little extras, such as a two-tone concrete column paint job, drywall repair on the ceiling of our Florida room and also painting the interior our front door and casing - not to mention the pressure washing of our driveway and sidewalks. |From the prep of pressure washing the house, bagging the doors and windows, stripping bolt-ons (hose real's, house numbers, etc...) patching holes and cracks and sealing our existing stucco, through the final two coats of paint with base and trim color, I could not be happier with the quality and workmanship. I closely inspected the house and failed to identify any over or under cuts of colors - all cut lines are amazingly straight and clean. |Though different phases had different crew members working on our house, everyone working for Sean Downs was friendly, courteous, professional and clearly extremely experienced at their jobs. |

Description of Work: I was looking to have the entire interior of my house painted. Sean walked around my house, asking questions about exactly what would be painted, provided recommendations on my questions about the best look for certain areas and provided an estimate inclusive of labor & materials. He and a partner took about 5 work days to paint the interior of the house, insuring it was livable the entire time. He was flexible in my requesting some handyman work (hanging a mirror) and with me forgetting to empty the kitchen pantry in order to be painted.

Description of Work: He painted the outside of the house.

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling crack and a crack along a plant shelf. Painted the living room - dining room and hall all walls and baseboard and trim. Work came out well. We expected a good job and I think we got one. We got this contractor thru Angies List

Description of Work: Mr Downs painted the exterior and partial interior of my two story home. Although timing,logistics and the weather were somewhat problematic (he had to work around my scheduled vacation and some rain) . Great phone communications and kept work dates got the job done to my great satisfaction. Mr Downs work is very professional and clean. I didn't that many drop clothes existed. I highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: Excellent professional results at reasonable price. Expect to have him do more painting for me in the near future.
